ABOUT ME


Hi, I’m Kea, a long-time Austin resident and dedicated yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice. I first turned to yoga to unwind after work and quickly discovered how much it supported both my body and mind. Since then, yoga has remained a steady part of my life.

My teaching blends thoughtful alignment and modern movement principles to help students feel stronger, more capable, and more connected in their practice. I focus on what’s happening within the pose, not what it looks like because every body is different. Classes often include props to support or enhance your experience.

Outside the studio, I’m also an experienced HR leader, and I’ve seen how yoga can be a powerful tool for managing stress and showing up more fully in everyday life. I live in north Austin with my husband Matt and our pup Jordie, and we love to travel and explore new cultures whenever we get the chance.

I’m excited to share the benefits of yoga with you, whether you’re brand new or looking to reconnect with your practice.
